Staci Mosher joins Gabrielle Brixey's coaching staff as an assistant after serving as head coach at West Hills College Coalinga for over 20 years.

Mosher is a native of Sanger, California, where she graduated from Sanger High School in 1986.

In her years at Sanger High, she participated in volleyball, basketball and softball. In all three sports, she lettered and was voted the Most Valuable Player on all three teams

Mosher played basketball and softball at the College of the Sequoias from 1986 to 1988. She was honored as an All-Central Valley Conference player in both sports in 1988 – and COS Giant of the Year in 1988.

After graduating from COS, she received a full softball scholarship to United States International University in San Diego, an independent Division I school. She played softball from 1988 to 1990 and graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology.

While working on her master's degree from National University, she coached softball, volleyball and basketball at Sanger High.

Mosher's coaching career started at COS, where she was an assistant coach for the state championship team in 1994. The following season, she became the Giants' head coach and led her team to a CVC championship and was voted Coach of the Year.

She came to WHCC in 1997, as the head coach for the softball team and as an instructor of psychology.

She keeps active – playing ASA fastpitch softball during the summer for the past 12 years and has been named to the All-American team five times. In 1994, she was the Home Run Champion at the ASA National Championships in Visalia.

Staci resides in Coalinga.
