West Hills College Coalinga Softball student-athlete Devree Godinez was named a 2023 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-America Scholar-Athlete.

She not only competed on the field this year, but also in the classroom. During her freshman year, Godinez posted a 3.53 grade point average while earning second-team All-Central Valley Conference honors as a utility player for the Falcons.

Godinez, originally out of Coalinga High School, is majoring in kinesiology and will graduate from WHCC in the spring of 2024.
