West Hills College Coalinga would like to congratulate its Student-Athletes of the Week: Geneva Molina of softball and Aiden Melendrez and Keito Takahashi from the baseball team!

#24 Geneva Molina, Softball, Pitcher
A sophomore right-handed pitcher majoring in Psychology, Geneva is a 2022 graduate from Bishop Union High School, who has a cumulative 3.17 G.P.A. and is on track to graduate in May.  Geneva was a key component for the Falcons this week in the circle with 16 innings, 8ks leading her team with a 2-1-win week.

#11 Aiden Melendrez, Baseball, Pitcher
Aidan is a 2020 graduate of Riverside Poly Tech High School who earned a 3.67 G.P.A. last fall.  He pitched exceptionally against Fresno City College on February 27th going 6 innings allowing only 5 hits, 1 walk and 6 strikeouts with only 1 earned run.

#19 Keito Takahashi, Baseball, Outfield
Keito earned a 3.8 G.P.A. last fall and is a 2022 High School graduate from Tokyo, Japan.  He hit .375 in our Fresno City College series with a double, a triple and 2 big RBIs in game one.
