Richard Salidivar joined the staff in the summer of 2023. Prior to joing the Falcon staff, Richard was the Associate Head Coach at Clovis North High School leading the team to a Northern California regional championship (CIF DII) and California State Tournament appearance. Prior to his tenure at Clovis North High School, Richard served as the lead assistant coach for Fresno City College Women's Beach Volleyball Team for 3 seasons helping lead multiple pairs to regional and state tournament appearances. In addition to his duties on the beach side, Richard also assisted with the women's team at Fresno City College serving as the libero/defensive specialist coach and Defensive coordinator. In 6 seasons with Fresno City, he helped the team earn two CCCAA State Championships (including the college's first ever title in 2016), four top-four finishes and six undefeated Central Valley Conference titles. Richard is the co-director of Elite Beach Volleyball Club (Fresno, CA) and runs the Elite and Juniors Programs and concurrently coaches indoor volleyball with the Valley Volleyball Academy (Fresno, CA).
