Coalinga College would like to congratulate its Student-Athletes of the Week, Lexi Espinoza from the softball team, and Izzy Ramos of baseball!

#11 Lexi Espinoza – Freshman Pitcher from Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Riverside
Lexi Espinoza has been putting in impressive work on the mound, delivering strong performances in relief appearances, saves, and starts throughout the week. Regardless of the final scores, she has consistently kept opponents in check, allowing minimal earned runs. Off the field, Lexi continues to excel academically with a 4.0 GPA, demonstrating the same dedication and work ethic in the classroom.

#5 Izzy Ramos- Sophomore First Baseman from Lemoore High School
Izzy Ramos was on fire this week at the plate with a batting average of .444 (4 for 9) he also had 3 RBI’s, scored a run and a big blast 2 -un home run against Moorpark College to push the Falcons past the Raiders for the victory.
