#4 Justin Cerda—Sophomore Utility from Hanford East High School
Cerda, a business major from Hanford, had a stellar performance at the plate, going 3-for-4 with 1 run, 4 RBIs, and 2 doubles, helping lead the offense.
#18 Kota Watanabe—Freshman Right-Handed Pitcher from Tochigi, Japan
On the mound, Watanabe was dominant, tossing 5 innings while allowing just 4 hits and striking out 5 to earn the win. The freshman business major also excels in the classroom, carrying a 3.41 GPA.
#16 Lupita Romero—Sophomore Outfielder from Madera South High School
Sophomore outfielder Lupita Romero has been a clutch performer this week, showcasing stellar defense and key contributions at the plate. She went 4-for-14, scoring 2 runs, driving in 2 RBIs, and drawing 4 walks, while making 10 crucial catches in left field to help keep the Falcons in the game. Beyond her athletic achievements, Lupita is also excelling academically and will graduate this spring with her AA in Kinesiology.
