#2 Paul Martinez—Sophomore Infielder from Clovis East High School in Fresno
Paul Martinez had an outstanding performance last week, earning him the title of Student-Athlete of the Week! The sophomore showcased his talent at the plate, batting an impressive .461 (6 for 13) with 4 RBIs. His standout moments included three doubles in a single game against Sacramento City on January 28 and a triple against Antelope Valley. With a .769 slugging percentage, Paul demonstrated his power and consistency, making a huge impact for his team.

#2 Josiah Perez-Little—Freshman Guard/Forward from Morton Ranch High School in Katy, TX
Josiah Perez-Little is a standout performer who has demonstrated tremendous growth on the basketball court. Over the last 2 games, Josiah has stepped up in a big way, improving his rebounding by averaging an impressive 7 RBS per game. His hard work, determination, and unwavering commitment to his team have been evident, and his contributions are making a notable impact on the team’s performance.

In addition to his athletic prowess, Josiah is a dedicated student and an exemplary teammate. His leadership shines through both on and off the court as he continues to inspire his peers with his positive attitude, relentless work ethic, and support for others.
